Welcome to our artist tutorial module. Funeral Portraits™ creates portraits for the funeral industry. We contract with talented graphic artists to assist in preparing photos supplied by the families that we use to create formal funeral portraits displayed at funeral services, and which are given to the decedent’s family after the funeral.
Many of the photographs given to the funeral home and passed on to us are good quality and do not require a lot of work to prepare, but some are poor quality and challenging. We compensate our freelance graphic artist for the extra work of preparing poor quality photos. This tutorial does not teach you how to do photo restoration and optimization. We assume you are a graphic professional proficient in programs like Photoshop.
